EVERYTHNG BARBIE

‘Everything Barbie’ was part of a wider campaign to promote Mattel’s Barbie product range released alongside the 2023 ‘Barbie’ movie. The ad was launched just before the movie’s opening weekend via social media and later in cinemas prior to the film screening.

Working as part of the production team, I fabricated numerous set walls, floors and props including; tropical plants, palm trees, picket fences, road surfaces, coastal walls and a beach ball. Fabrication materials included hard foam, foam boards and sheets, wood and paper/card. Finishes were achieved with acrylics, spray paints and matt sprays/gloss lacquers. Other responsibilities included; lighting & camera assist, set dressing and doll preparation and product rigging.
